These paintings, not sure what to call them because they are mostly created within altered or hand-made books, are spontaneous expressions in response to the surfaces I create on the page.

I don’t come to them with a predetermined idea of what they will look like. They emerge as if in a dream. And like a dream, I don’t often understand them right away. They serve as inspiration for my dolls and for my life. I hope that they inspire you as well.

NOTE: I haven’t yet decided on a way of selling these images. I am researching ways of making high quality prints. Most are in books and I don’t want to break up the books to sell them.
